COVID-19 has changed our lives, but here we do not want to repeat the different ways in which this pandemic is affecting us. Here we want to communicate that the only alternative we have is to move forward, and that there is no other option but to adapt to this new reality that we live in. That it will be difficult? no doubt; that it will be different? also; but in Artigot we are willing to accept this challenge to continue providing you with an exceptional service, in which the main focus is your safety.
What is catering for Artigot?
Now the question is, how to adapt a service that revolves around human contact? Because for us, catering is much more than serving food: it's about providing you with an experience of flavor, interaction, and the peace of mind of not having to worry about anything but having a good time at your events.
This is how we have designed a plan that adheres to the measures stipulated by the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health, which will allow you to continue enjoying your events (both physical and virtual), without worries and without fear of contagion.
Let's tell you a little bit about what it's all about...
For your physical events we will take all possible precautions to ensure a safe environment. This means:
- Waiters will wear protective gear at all times (masks) and their body temperature will be taken before each shift.
- Change of PPE every 3 hours, and hydroalcoholic soap dispensers at each work point.
- Disinfection and hygiene protocols.
- Cups, glasses and tumblers should always be stored upside down.
- There will be no direct contact between the diners and the food. This means that when it is time to pass food, it will go inside methacrylate bells and will be served by the waiter with tongs directly on the plate of each diner. On the other hand, the fixed stations (buffet) will be served by waiters located behind a protective screen that will separate the food from the guests.
- Drinks will be served from a screened bar only.

And for your virtual events?
There's no denying that the "new normal" is full of Zoom, Skype and Slack meetings, and even if attendees are remote, we want to give you the opportunity to make them feel a little more connected through our Meeting Boxes.
We have come up with customizable boxes that we will send to the attendees of your virtual events, which can include anything from a breakfast with coffee, to a bottle of wine with appetizers. Here are some examples:
