Why Artigot Catering?
We are going to explain why the success of a catering is closely linked to the spaces where corporate events are held. And we start with a bit of history...
Artigot Catering gave the first event in Madrid held at the COAM (Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid) in 2012, when this unique building in the center of Madrid was inaugurated. For overcoming the difficulties of starting together, supporting and collaborating with them, the COAM events management, trusted us and chose us as preferred catering in this space.
A before and after COAM
Artigot was not known at that time in the organization of events, but thanks to the COAMwe began to be approached by different event agencies that were attracted by the novelty, design and versatility of this space, which has different auditoriums, rooms and terraces, of different sizes, which allow events from 20 to 500 people, even simultaneously.
From there, with an important reference under our belt, we visited other venues and managed to become approved for different types of events.
The Goya Theater was our second great space, with them we also maintain a very close relationship, we have attended fairs with them (as with the COAM) to make ourselves known to each other, we have directed clients to the Goya Theater, which has auditoriums for 500 guests and spaces for catering of many square meters.
The relationship with COAM and the Goya Theater goes far beyond the professional, we have participated in the Architecture Week for years, we have offered the inauguration of the outdoor space of the Goya Theater, the Green, and we have even launched COVID protocols together. In these spaces were getting better places and endowments for their kitchen areas, and we work super comfortable, which is also very important.
Another important space for us is Kinepolis City of Image. We managed to go from approved catering to preferential in view of the satisfaction surveys of customers who chose us to celebrate their events in this huge space, with a 1000-seat cinema and space in hall and aisles to seat 1000 people.
The key to our success in the spaces that trust in Artigot Catering
Every time we enter a new space, we give the best of us, because with them we also grow, either in a small and coquettish space that allows us to make very careful and special proposals, or because the number of guests is very high.
Logically, if the spaces are larger, the events have more diners for our catering. This is how we managed to specialize in large events in a few years, thanks to spaces such as the COAM, the Goya Theater or Kinepolis.
The last major homologation has been IFEMAwhich, in addition to the 14 pavilions for trade fairs, has a Conference Center that can hold events for more than a thousand people and a South and North Convention Center, which also allows several events to be held simultaneously. And what is IFEMA teaching us? To work with ephemeral restaurants during fairs. In June 2021 we held our first fair, and from there, we generated confidence in the teams that prepare the different fairs and we have already had 10 of them under our belt.
Today Artigot Catering is approved in more than 30 spaces of different styles and capacities and it is more than proven that the closer the relationship in the space, the more events we do in it.
For private events the rental of these spaces is very expensive, so they are generally organized in their homes, although for the most important celebrations, such as weddings, Fincas near Madrid with outdoor space are chosen.

Artigot Cateringhas a space for celebrations for a maximum of 80 people in cocktail, which serves as a showroom and is where we do the tests and tastings of menus.
It is called AG35 because it is located at 35 Alfonso Gómez Street. It is usually used by acquaintances, but it is there for those who want to enjoy good food in a very pleasant atmosphere.
